Vivica Fox Interview at the LGBT Center and Listen to the Best Episode Yet of ‘Clay Cane Live’

Vivica Fox
is a dream for a journalist.  She is candid, fun, has a sense of humor and an impressive career.  Back in March, I interviewed Ms. Fox at the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community Center in Manhattan with a packed audience.  Although she was set to go on stage hours before for her stage play Cheaper to Keep Her, the Set It Off diva made the engagement and gave me a memorable interview.

Who knew Rosie Perez was supposed to play her character in Set It Off?

Faye Dunaway was a diva, which is no shocker, on the set of The Starlet.

Plus, Viv gives us a peak into the trials of being a black actress in Hollywood and surviving.

After the interview, Vivica asked me for a hug and was incredibly gracious.  In addition, she happily took pictures with all of the LGBT teens who bombarded her in the lobby.  I’ve interviewed many people over the years, but Vivica Fox is one person I will always remember.

Check out the video below.

Also, the show on January 13th was our best show yet with Damion West, J’Nara Corbin and Nikki Ray in the studio. Listen below.
