1 CommentListen to Last Week’s ‘Clay Cane Live’: Broadway Legend, Rev. Kenneth Samuel and Aretha Vs. Tina
Last week, we had two days of Clay Cane Live on WWRL 1600AM. On our regular Thursday night, Broadway legend and producer of Porgy and Bess, Irene Gandy, was a guest.
Friday night, we had two full hours from 10pm – midnight with celebrity stylist Damien West and CNN.com contributor Rob Smith in the studio. Plus, Rev. Kenneth Samuel, senior pastor of the Victory for the World Church in Stone Mountain, Georgia, who was recently highlighted in the Ebony.com article “Taking a Lead on Faith: Four Black Pastors at the Forefront of LGBT Equality,” was a guest and gave incredible insight on homophobia in the black church. Considering today is National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day, Rev. Samuel’s interview is a good listen. Check out both shows below!
