Avatr, the innovative Chinese automaker, has recently unveiled the interior of its upcoming crossover, the Avatr 07, which promises to redefine the driving experience with its space-inspired design. Scheduled to hit the market in September, the Avatr 07’s interior is a blend of futuristic aesthetics and practicality.
The cabin of the Avatr 07 is a spectacle of modern design, featuring unconventional seating, an oval steering wheel, and an impressive array of four screens on the dashboard. These screens are strategically placed, with two dedicated to the multimedia and instrument cluster, and the other two acting as displays for the rearview cameras. The interior is adorned with premium materials, including Nappa leather and fabric, which not only look luxurious but also feel comfortable.
Comfort is a key focus in the Avatr 07, evident from the front seats that come with footrests and the ability to recline fully flat. The rear seating arrangement is tailored for two passengers, with an optional half-seat for a third individual, ensuring that 65% of the car’s interior space is allocated for the rear passengers, making it a spacious retreat for those in the back.
Under the hood, the Avatr 07 offers a choice between an all-electric powertrain and a hybrid system. The electric versions are powered by either a single motor delivering 343 horsepower or a dual-motor setup that boosts the power to 598 horsepower. The single-motor variant boasts a range of 610 km, while the dual-motor version extends this to 650 km. The hybrid model pairs a 1.5-liter turbo engine with an electric motor, providing a combined output of 314 horsepower and a rear-wheel drive configuration. For those seeking enhanced performance, an optional front electric motor can be added, offering an additional 178 horsepower, with the electric range declared at 230 km and 220 km, respectively.
