Ferrari will hold a presentation of its first crossover in September
The Italian SUV – very difficult fate. Its development began quite a long time ago – in 2003 almost immediately after the premiere of the Porsche Cayenne. Unfortunately, fate decreed that the project was frozen for some time, but the management of the brand “blowed the dust off it” against the backdrop of the success of other players – Lamborghini urus, Bentley Bentayga, etc.
So, the Italian concern has finally revealed the timing of the presentation of the Purosangue crossover – mid-September. The technical characteristics of the Purosangue have not yet been announced, although the company has confirmed that it will equip the crossover with a naturally aspirated V12. Most likely, this refers to the new version of the iconic engine, which was announced in Maranello in May of this year. Curiously, the new product will account for only twenty percent of all Ferrari sales. The most important thing – The brand's management does not plan to increase volumes, unlike Lamborghini, which made the Urus crossover its sales flagship.
