Volkswagen ID.Unyx – electric crossover for China
Information about the new Volkswagen ID.Unyx crossover has appeared on the Internet. It turned out to be a redesigned Cupra Tavascan. Both models will be produced at the same plant in China
And yet, Volkswagen ID.Unyx has a different power plant. The front-wheel drive version will receive one electric motor with a capacity of 231 hp, and the all-wheel drive version will receive another electric motor with 109 hp. (total power – 340 hp). The maximum speed, regardless of the version, will be 160 km/h.
In terms of design, the cars are very similar, but the dimensions are slightly different. Length – 4663 mm (+19 mm), width – 1860 mm (-1 mm), height – 1610 mm (+13 mm) and wheelbase – 2766 mm. Volkswagen ID.Unyx also received a plastic body kit, different bumpers and a different shape of LED front optics elements. The interior will probably also be very similar, but there are no spy images yet.
