Volkswagen Talagon received an update and fell in price

A joint venture between Volkswagen and FAW in China is launching sales of the updated Volkswagen Talagon crossover. The main change is the price, which has dropped to 261,900 yuan (approximately 3,250,000 rubles)

In total, the updated model is available in 12 trim levels with a 6- or 7-seater cabin. Buyers will also be offered a two-tone body option with a black roof. The exact dimensions of the car: 5152/2002/1795 mm, with a wheelbase of 2980 mm. Design and interior elements remain the same. The front panel has a 12-inch multimedia system screen and a 10.25-inch digital instrument panel. The basic equipment includes an audio system with 8 speakers, a keyless entry system, adaptive cruise control, electric drives, and driver assistance systems. More expensive versions are equipped with a Harman Kardon audio system with 12 speakers, heating, 30-color lighting and an expanded range of assistants, including automatic parking, blind spot monitoring and much more.

The standard version of the Talagon is equipped with a 2.0-liter turbo engine 183 hp and 320 Nm of torque. One step higher, the same unit is boosted to 217 hp. and 350 Nm of torque. And at the top is a 2.5-liter V6 with 295 hp. and 500 Nm of torque. All units are equipped with a 7-speed robotic gearbox. All-wheel drive is offered as an additional option.
